Block Island is easily accessed via three public ferry services and one airline making regular trips to the island.  In all cases- extra time must be allotted when traveling to Block Island.

All visitors to Block Island are strongly advised to make overnight accommodations in advance.  There is NO camping allowed on the island and hotel rooms book up quickly between June-August.  For overnight accommodations please contact Block Island Reservations, a central reservations office for many of the island’s hotels, inns and bed & breakfasts.  Cottage rentals also available.
